They work great as advertised; but, more so than that they're so lightweight but secure that I just always a pair around in case the lacings or boa break. Way better than trying to ride to safety with a broken boot!

I put these on my boot liner underneath the boot shell to lock in the tongue of my liner. I used to have to tighten my liner multiple times a day but not anymore! I can feel the added control too.
